The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by the District court. The language of arbitration will be Gujarati or English. The award rendered by the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties. The arbitration fees will be borne by the losing party unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.
You agree that any arbitration proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not in a class; representative; consolidated; or joined action. You waive any right.
